Most physicians hold the highest qualification category. The doctors of the department provide outpatient consultations by prior appointment and offer home visits for patients requiring consultation.

Main Areas of Activity

Providing highly qualified medical care to patients of therapeutic profile using modern effective technologies, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods aimed at prevention, early diagnosis, and treatment of diseases, reducing disability and mortality, and prolonging life expectancy among patients served by SIS “CIHT” SAD.

The primary task of physicians in the outpatient clinics is to provide high-quality primary health care based on the principles of evidence-based medicine and current medical and technological guidelines.

List of provided services:

Timely preventive medical check-ups, comprehensive diagnostic examinations using modern and informative laboratory, instrumental, and imaging methods, and appropriate complex treatment according to local medical care protocols.
Early detection and active monitoring of individuals with risk factors for disease development and progression. Implementation of planned preventive and therapeutic measures, including quarterly expert evaluation of outpatient records in the “Eskulap” system.
Timely scheduled medical supervision for patients under dispensary observation.
Early detection of oncological diseases, targeted examinations for individuals with risk factors for cancer and precancerous conditions.
Timely referral and hospitalization of patients requiring inpatient treatment, with preliminary examinations and proper documentation.
Selection of patients for sanatorium-resort treatment in accordance with established procedures.
Issuing prescriptions and ensuring rational use of medicines and medical supplies.
Implementation of sanitary and epidemiological measures.
Health education among the population served by SIS “CIHT” SAD through individual consultations (conversations, information leaflets), group lectures, and visual educational materials.
Remote consultations with physicians (by prior appointment).
Appointment scheduling through the reception desk on the 5th floor.

Primary Care Clinic No. 1

Doctors’ offices are located on the 5th floor, Block A.

Room 510 on the same floor provides medical certificates for obtaining permits (Form 127/o) and driver’s medical certificates (Form 083/o).

Primary Care Clinic No. 2

Doctors’ offices are located on the 5th floor, left wing of Block A, SIS “CIHT” SAD.

Room 519 houses the Telemedicine Office.

An important area of work is the implementation of preventive technologies at the stage of specialized care, their continuous renewal according to evidence-based medicine, and measures aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of preventive programs and patient adherence to treatment.

Organization of dispensary supervision by general practitioners in accordance with current medical and technological regulations. Development and implementation of comprehensive programs for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in cooperation with research units and inpatient departments of SIS “CIHT” SAD.

Physicians pay special attention to the early detection of risk factors for cardiovascular and oncological diseases and regular follow-up according to current standards. Diagnostic and treatment measures are prescribed considering comorbidities and individual patient needs.
