In terms of personnel potential, the Center is one of the most powerful and highly qualified medical institutions in Ukraine.

The total number of employees is 1,062, including 62 research staff.

Among 317 doctors, 280 hold the highest or first qualification categories.

Among 435 junior medical specialists, 414 hold the highest or first qualification categories.

The Center employs doctors in 69 medical specialties.

Among the staff of the Center:

• 2 academicians of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine,
• 2 corresponding members of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine,
• 1 corresponding member of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine

The medical staff of the Center continuously improve their professional level in postgraduate medical education institutions, training divisions of the Center, and through participation in scientific forums (congresses, symposia, conferences, master classes), including international events.

Each year, some physicians undergo internships at leading clinics worldwide.

Doctors and junior medical specialists regularly undergo certification, which serves as an important form of moral and material motivation, aimed at improving the Center’s performance and the quality of medical care provided to patients.
