The department provides assistance in the following specialties: Cardiology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Hematology, Pulmonology, Allergology, Gastroenterology, Dietetics, Oncology, and Infectious Diseases.

Department doctors conduct outpatient appointments by prior appointment with a referral from local therapists or doctors of other specialties, and provide consultative assistance to patients undergoing treatment in the Center’s inpatient units.

The primary objective is to provide specialized medical care based on the recommendations of Evidence-Based Medicine. A crucial focus is the implementation of preventive technologies and constant updating of approaches in line with current medical and technological documents to enhance adherence to treatment and self-management.

  • Cardiology: Cardiologists implement scientifically grounded approaches to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases (CVD). Comprehensive programs for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation are carried out in collaboration with the scientific and inpatient units. The use of electronic health records allows for monitoring CVD risk factors and assessing the effectiveness of their correction.
  • Specialized Diagnostics: Great attention is paid to using diagnostics with proven effectiveness. For example, blood disease diagnostics utilize morphological, cytogenetic, and molecular-genetic studies of peripheral blood and bone marrow.
  • Allergology: Allergic diseases are treated using the method of specific hyposensitization with an individually selected set of allergens.
  • Oncology: Doctors place great emphasis on implementing screening measures with proven effectiveness for the prevention of oncological pathology.
