The State Institution of Science “Center for Innovative Healthcare Technologies” of the State Administrative Department (hereinafter – SIS “CIHT” SAD) invites 2025 graduates of higher medical education institutions to enroll in the residency program (License in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 07.09.2018 No. 1436-l) for both educational and practical components on a self-funded basis (individuals or legal entities).

Graduates who completed higher education by 2024, but were not previously enrolled in a residency program, are also eligible to apply for admission to the residency this year on a self-funded basis.

Educational training in the residency program is provided in the following specialties:

“Obstetrics and Gynecology,” “Anesthesiology and Intensive Care,” “Internal Medicine,” “Dermatovenerology,” “Neurology,” “Otorhinolaryngology,” “Surgery,” based on training programs approved by the Academic Council of SIS “CIHT” SAD and developed on the basis of standard programs approved by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Graduates in specialty 228 “Pediatrics” may undertake residency training in Internal Medicine.

During the educational component of the residency program, residents will acquire the full spectrum of competencies defined by the program, under the guidance of highly qualified instructors – researchers of the specialized scientific departments of SIS “CIHT” SAD and physicians with academic degrees, highest specialty categories, and at least 10 years of practical experience.

Training takes place in the classrooms and training facilities of the Continuing Professional Development Center “Institute of Postgraduate Education” of SIS “CIHT” SAD, as well as in the clinical and diagnostic departments of the institution, equipped with modern medical devices, equipment, simulators, and digital learning platforms.

After completing the educational component in these specialties, residents may continue practical training within the residency program at our institution without changing the location of their residency, since SIS “CIHT” SAD is also a MOH-approved residency training base for graduates of higher medical education institutions (https://moz.gov.ua/bazi-stazhuvannja-likariv-interniv?page=2), other institutions and agencies, as of 17.04.2025).

Practical training of residents is conducted in the following specialties:

“Obstetrics and Gynecology,” “Anesthesiology and Intensive Care,” “Internal Medicine,” “Emergency Medicine,” “Neurology,” “Otorhinolaryngology,” “Ophthalmology,” “Surgery,” “Dermatovenerology,” “Pediatrics,” “Dentistry.”
