The work of the Department is based on the latest principles of diagnosis and treatment of patients according to current Evidence-Based Medicine data. The main goal of the inpatient facility is to provide highly qualified care to patients with a therapeutic profile who require differential diagnosis, 24/7 health monitoring, and individual selection of treatment in every case.
The department provides diagnosis and effective treatment for all internal organ diseases at any stage of illness. This primarily includes diseases of the cardiovascular system (hypertension, all forms of acute and chronic ischemic heart disease, heart failure, rhythm and conduction disorders, cardiomyopathies, cerebrovascular diseases), hereditary and acquired diseases of the peripheral nervous system, back pain of various origins, endocrinological diseases and their complications, pulmonological, hematological, and gastroenterological diseases.
List of Services Provided:
- Inpatient treatment for patients with therapeutic, cardiac, and neurological profiles.
- Conducting Coronary Ventriculography and Stenting, and Pacemaker Implantation (Electrostimulator).
- Rehabilitation of patients after heart surgery, acute cerebrovascular accident (stroke), and chemotherapy.
- Inpatient care for patients with acute cerebrovascular accident, dyscirculatory encephalopathy, cerebral vascular crises, and vertebrogenic radicular syndromes.
Laboratory and Instrumental Diagnostics
The department performs the full range of necessary laboratory and instrumental studies to establish an accurate diagnosis in the shortest possible time, including:
- Electrocardiography (ECG).
- Echocardiography (EchoCG) (ultrasound of the heart).
- Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE).
- 24-hour ECG and Blood Pressure Monitoring.
- Stress Testing (Treadmill).
- Coronary Ventriculography.
- Ultrasound of the vessels of the head and neck.
- Ultrasound of the abdominal organs and thyroid gland.
- Computed Tomography (CT) of vessels and heart.
